Order Cancellation





We at Chennai Printers, emphasise on building strong product base to offer value to our customers thereby resulting in great customer relationship.

We very well understand that there may be certain unseen circumstances in which you wish to change the product selected, quantity, cancel the existing order and so on, at the outset we appreciate all genuine request, but there are undermentioned circumstances in which we will not be able to consider order cancellation request as we print on wafer thin margins and there is processing cost etc to take care off.

1. One you have selected the customize our design template option and design has been sent to you.
2. Same day shipping & next day shippping orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. No order can be cancelled 24 hour after order processing for normal shipping orders.
4. Order cancellation charges of INR 750/- will apply for cancelling an order, if the order size is below INR 750/- then no money will be refunded to the account
5. Once the order is cancelled, your account is credited with the transaction amount minus order cancellation charges, which can be used to purchase other products with in maximum 30 days, post which credit will expire.
6. No order cancellation request shall be entertained for wrong user product selections.
7. Order cancellation request option is available under "My Section" option.
